Notification must be made by mail (not email) and received by April 21 in order to receive any refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds of the balance paid, minus $150.00 is refundable prior to April 21.
Between April 21 and May 21, your balance (minus $200.00) will be credited toward the next year's Kamp series and is only available for the one following year. Kamp registrations are transferable to friends or family members only after discussing it with the Kamp Office.
After May 21, there are no refunds for any reason.
No Refunds or Transfers of funds after Kamp begins.
Absolutely No Refunds or Transfers to Next Year After May 21
